guti is leaving real for turkey….time to celebrate one of the best providers ever….I happened to see this game and was stunned by the genius and beauty of that play….It might be my all time favorite goal….the icing is that the play starts with casillas…..the others involved aren’t too bad either of course……brilliant…..

so just around the same time RED has to announce a serious delay with their new cameras, this guy hacks the firmware of the GH1 to shoot much improved (less compressed) HD video (follow the instructions here to install the hack)…..I am sure that the output from the panasonic is still not really in the RED ballpark…..but neither is the price….the real question is if the new canons will get serious about video….a full frame 5DIII shooting raw video would change the game again….I really hope for RED to fix this….they need to…..they really have to keep the momentum going….ironic that some of RED’s production problems are probably related to another HD video device you might have heard of…..
